You have a right to feel afraid. Today, we are watching entry-level jobs disappear worldwide because AI is taking over their work. And this is only the beginning. On our current trajectory, by the end of 2027, 99% of non-labor roles will be taken by self-learning AI. Even entrepreneurs building companies with AI to stay ahead will eventually face systems more capable than themselves. If we continue down this path, corporations will become hollowed-out systems, stripped of human purpose and driven only by profit.
But that future is not fixed.
How can we, the general population, change this trajectory, seeing clearly that AI may take our jobs, our historic stability, and the structures people have used to find purpose?
The answer lies deep within us, in our fundamental driver: our personal values.
Every day, you act because of what you value. That value drives your intent, and it compounds. It shapes what you notice, why you laugh, what you choose, what you build, and what becomes real around you. If you value fun, you will seek it out. Your world becomes more fun. If you value rest, you might skip breakfast with friends so you can sleep in. These values are our core drivers. Most people ignore what is driving them. If you understand this, you can begin to see how your values shape the future you create for yourself.
When you wield intent with clarity, you begin to create your future intentionally.
Many people are trying to answer that question. The current narrative says that each isolated individual needs to harness AI to find long-term prosperity. People are being told that if they use AI to build a company, they can secure their own future and the future of their families. It follows the same pattern we have trusted for years: a person builds a company, the company grows, and that person succeeds. But that pattern is breaking down. If AI becomes a vacuum for money, who will care for those who cannot lead companies, or who live out their values in other ways? In that system, no one will.
At The Book of Houses, we disagree with the singular approach. We believe we must connect our individual values with our other core human need: connection. We must come together with focused intention.
Because that is our greatest power: our network. Staying close together like family, wielding intent and creativity at the same time, deciding for ourselves what future we want, and then working together to make it real.
Then the question arises: how can people trust one another enough to create real kinship, strong enough to work together even when financial incentives are involved?
We have seen many formats: companies, stocks, religions.
We believe the answer lies in shared values and shared purpose.
When you share values with another person, you create a connection. You begin to see the world in a similar way. Trust creates alignment. Alignment creates coordination. Coordination creates power. When you focus that intent, you create purpose.
That is what Book of Houses is for.
It helps people organize around shared values, find others like themselves, and begin living, building, and creating together. When people gather around shared values, they create a center of energy, trust, and power. Book of Houses is built to align people around a value-based purpose.
A House is more than a group.
It is a place to belong, with some of the strength of a family.
It is a place to contribute, have fun, and grow.
It is a place to build new forms of support in a world that is changing fast.
We are using recursive self-improving AI to help each House grow, strengthen, coordinate, and project its values into the world. These systems can help Houses create services, generate income, organize members, and build new forms of support together.
We call these systems your digital shadow, and just like your real shadow it is always there, working to improve your life and the House with values focused. Your shadow's job is to figure out how to help you and how to help project your House's value onto the world. We've intentionally designed digital shadows to be in the background so that the people on Book of Houses interact with people, and curate what's created for others. We call these Channels. People create channels and you follow and interact with them. A mashup of Discord and Reddit.
But this is not only about tools. It is also about roles.
We believe the future will create new forms of work, contribution, and status. One of them is the House Champion.
A Champion is a new kind of influencer. Not someone who gathers attention only for themselves, but someone who gathers people around a value. A Champion helps grow the House, carry its message into the world, attract energy and opportunity, and turn shared purpose into real momentum.
We also see other roles emerging.
Stewards help nurture the House. They protect the culture, guide its direction, and care for the people inside it.
Builders create systems, services, and infrastructure for the House.
Organizers coordinate people and projects.
Teachers help others learn the tools of the new era.
Storytellers spread the values and identity of the House.
These are not side roles. They are the beginnings of a new social structure, built around shared values instead of isolated competition.
The old model says each person should battle it out alone.
Book of Houses says we work together.
The old model lets corporations and AI hollow out the world one job at a time.
Book of Houses asks what happens when communities use AI to become stronger together.
Can a group of people aligned by values become more powerful, more resilient, and more purposeful than the isolated individual? Can AI help create not only efficiency, but human support? Can the future be shaped by Houses?
